You hereby agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth in this Terms of Use in order to be eligible to use the I Click Solutions Portal (defined below), or obtain Services (defined below). If you choose not to submit a Plan Order, then the entire Agreement between you and I Click Solutions consists of these Terms and Conditions, and the AUP and the Privacy Policy.
DEFINITION MENTIONED
Certain terms defined in these Terms and Conditions are also used in the Privacy Policy and AUP and are integrated by reference to these Terms and Conditions.You mean you individually, any person; including any employer that you are acting on behalf of whom expressly agrees to accept the Company’s terms and conditions.
SERVICES AND I Click Solutions PORTAL
The below mentioned terms and conditions cover all plans available through I Click Solutions Portal, and any related usage of the I Click Solutions Portal. In case of any disagreement these Terms and Conditions will have control on any Plan Order form submitted by you which contains request for Services (Plan Order)
SERVICES OFFERED
I Click Solutions is an website and software development, SEO and Digital Marketing firm and works for their clients directly, we also provide maintenance of the products and are also Authorized Re-sellers of Bitdefender Security Products.
MATERIAL SUPPLIES
The term Materials means any web casts, download areas, white papers, press releases, product information, or similar kind of work which can be downloaded from the I Click Solutions Portal; said materials are the solely proprietary and copyrighted work of I Click Solutions and/or its suppliers. The definition of Materials excludes the design or layout of the www.iclicksolutions.us web site or any other I Click Solutions owned, operated, licensed or controlled site.
“SOFTWARE”
Software means any kind of computer program, whether owned by I Click Solutions or a third party, whether delivered via download, CD, other media, or other delivery method, which includes client and/or network security software. Elements of the Software are protected under copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, and other laws.
WEBSITE
Website means any kind of Application that runs on the internet and displays the portal for several Organisations.
UNDERTAKING
Subject to the Terms and Conditions, and the mentioned specification of each Service Plan, I Click Solutions will address your query using commercially reasonable efforts in providing suitable solutions under the Services. All undertakings under Service Plans are subject to I Click Solutions Limited Warranty, which is mentioned below. For more information, please refer to online documentation.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
You can sign up for any services which are offered under any Plan Order once you pay the service fees for the services as per the requirements of the corresponding Plan Order. I Click Solutions will not be providing Services for any Service Plan if the payments are not made as per Plan Order requirement.
MONEY BACK POLICY
For this you would be required to send a mail to [email protected] stating your name, details of the plan and the reason for seeking a refund. You will be eligible to receive 100% of your cash back if we are unable to provide you the work up to the satisfaction. For that you will be required to send a mail to [email protected] stating your name, details of the plan and the reason for requesting refund. We will contact you within 3 working days on details of your refund.
POLICIES FOR REFUND
You will be eligible for refund or partial refund or any credits for any charges which have been billed to your account as per the duration left in your subscription period. You agree that you will receive the lesser of the pro-rated refund which will be calculated on the number of months remaining in your term.
You agree that you will not ask for refunds in case of incident based support if at least one of your issues has been successfully resolved. In case you have used our service and still file a charge back, your account may become ineligible to receive a refund from us as below;

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The formation, construction, performance, validity and all aspects whatsoever of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the said country. The parties hereby submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of your Country.
