For this you would be required to send an E-mail to [email protected] stating your name, details of the plan and the reason for seeking a refund. You will be eligible to receive 100% of your cash back if we are unable to provide you the work up to the satisfaction. We will contact you within 3 working days on details of your refund.

You will be eligible for refund or partial refund or any credits for any charges which have been billed to your account as per the duration left in your subscription period. For our incidental plans, the Money-Back Guarantee is valid for 15 days, beginning at the time of 1st Incident.

The formation, construction, performance, validity and all aspects whatsoever of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the said country. The parties hereby submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of your Country.
