Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases made from iClick Solutions Inc. through our website or approved payment channels.

Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a refund within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Refund requests made after 15 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.

Service Based Purchases

Most of our services are service based and may involve setup, technical assistance, troubleshooting, support, consultation, software configuration, or other digital assistance.

Once the service has been started, delivered, or substantially performed, the purchase may not be eligible for a refund, especially after the 15 day refund period.

Product Key and Digital Product Purchases

Some purchases may include product keys, activation codes, software access, digital tools, or other digital products.

Because product keys, activation codes, and digital products are delivered electronically and may be used immediately after purchase, refunds are only available within 15 days from the date of purchase and only if the refund request is approved after review.

After 15 days, product key and digital product purchases are non refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Please include your full name, email address, order details, product or service purchased, payment details, and the reason for requesting a refund.

We will review your request and contact you within 3 working days.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us first before filing a chargeback. If a customer uses the service or product and files a chargeback without first contacting us for resolution, the account may become ineligible for future services, support, or direct refund assistance.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third party payment providers such as Stripe or Paddle.

For payments made through Stripe, iClick Solutions Inc. reviews refund requests and Stripe processes approved refunds back to the original payment method.

For purchases made through Paddle, Paddle may handle billing and refund processing according to Paddle’s own terms and policies.
