Due to the significant discount and nature of "Lifetime" access, these plans are subject to the same 14-day refund window. After 14 days, Lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable.

We encourage users to contact us directly for refunds. Initiating a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first may result in the permanent suspension of your Shieldra account and a block on future purchases.
